com surrogate

My Norton keeps popping up with a message of heavy usage warning of com surrogate. I look in the task manager and I see like 10 dllhost.ext 32 com surrogate using all my memory which is causing lag. I am able to end process but they reopen. I installed malewarebytes and it found like 60 files and deleted them but I still have this issue. Norton didn't find anything. I do remember Norton finding and blocking a file and soon after I'm sure this problem started. I know enough to be dangerous please be kind. Thank you for any help you have to offer. my typing sucks since this things is being so bad. sorry.

I think once you are back up and running normally we could give you a few suggestions on beefing up your config
one of the most important things is a backup solution but wait on that until you are 100% sure your PC is clean
