Command Prompt keeps opening.

My command prompt keeps opening while im working, and it lags my pc. It always says
"Windows cannot find
'C:\rando\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\vhcegvrt\gvgchiat.exe'. Make sure
you typed the name correctly, then try again."
I hadn't opened cmd my self, and I don't know if this is a virus. Please help me.
