Solved Command Prompt Opens and Immediately Closes at Infrequent Intervals

I have only discovered this to have happened over the past few days. Every few hours, a command prompt would pop up and almost immediately close. I wonder if it's something as part of an update or some malware.

For context, I have MalwareBytes and Webroot as AV software. I have attached both logs in addition to the other logs.

Your computer isn't infected. This is probably related to some software you have, I would say SQL server.
