Question Comodo Antivirus System Impact

Please provide comments and solutions that are helpful to the author of this topic.
Hi I have an old pentium dual core with windows 10 ,I am wondering should I just install comodo firewall only .or use simple wall with a try outof Eset with simplewall for a few days or weeks.
I am just using the machine to browse net and very light game usage.

fwiw, I would use comodo firewall with ESET Nod32 (unless you're satisfied with MS Defender with perhaps DefenderUI or AndyFul's ConfirgureDefender.

Not sure if ESET will be light enough on that system but comodo certainly will

On a old dual core I would probably use win 11 without defender etc (debloated with Chris Titus tool ) and probably comodo as the main security if ESET feels too heavy on it
Btw if you have extra ram I would highly recommend checkpoint, bitdefender , Symantec , Microsoft defender extensions on a chromium based browser (brave if you need adblock ) and a secure DNS like quad9 , DNSEU

DNS + extensions can get rid of most malicious software from even getting into your machine

Thank you for the replies ,I have tried win11 on that machine and it is just a mess with blue screens and slowdowns , that is why I have win10 21h2 installed.
I have windows defender disabled completely ,I have tried it and it was very heavy on system .
I will try Comodo firewall only and see how that goes.
Thanks
