Well, at least there is theme changing. I've stopped using it because of it's privacy policy relating to COMODO Cloud.

Not Dragon, but Google Chrome updated to version 19 too, and the Settings page has changed to the new look.

What have you replaced Dragon with?

hopefully they fix the re-enabled updater service, sick of them them enabling the service after I tell it I will manually update. Just sucks up memory, even though it's just a little, every bit counts on a laptop.
