comodo question

i dnt know what setup to have this is what i possible want but dnt know which is best

1. Full CIS install
2.Full ESET SS install
3.ESET 7 AV + comodo firewall
4. comodo antivirus + some other firewall

problem i get is that ppl say eset is good and ppl say comodo is good im just looking for an unbiased opinion cos im sick of fanboys

Please read.

There is NO best solution that applies to all users. Every users has their preferences and you can not apply this to everyone.

Advanced security protection like firewalls with HIPS is simply no longer needed if you are a careful user with good downloading habits.
They are known to cause more issues with Windows and programs then basic AV's and Windows Firewall.
I haven't use any advanced security products since 2004 and I never get any infections because I'm careful.

I agree with Littlebits; as-long-as you are careful with what you download/install you should never get infected. The Comodo forum keeps saying use restricted or above on their sandbox as this will stop ransomware, that may be true, however you will only get infected if you click the wrong link or download
