Solved Computer keeps waking from sleep, uploading over 4GB per day

Hi,

I was wondering if you can help me, my PC uploads loads of data every night and will no longer go into sleep mode. Instead it cycles between sleep and wakefulness. I noticed this after installing some software which I believe could have been from a dodgy link.

I ran every scan I can think off, look at the startup list and can't find anything.
