I have never had such a big problem when I check my disk. Should I be worried?
Here is the log:
Checking file system on C:
The type of the file system is NTFS.

One of your disks needs to be checked for consistency. You
may cancel the disk check, but it is strongly recommended
that you continue.
Windows will now check the disk.

Could be because you are not shutting Windows down properly or something to do with the hard drive.

I always close my computer properly every time, unless I am forced. This never happened before though.... It still runs quite nice right now but just to be on the safe side I posted here.

CHKDSK is a good way to check for corrupt clusters and files on your main HDD. If it finds issues it will attempt to fix them.

One way to avoid the issues in the first place is to defrag your HDD. This can be done with the built in Windows Defragmenter or a third party tool such as Auslogics Disk Defrag.

Bottom line, You have nothing to worry about unless you suddenly get a blue screens of death. :p

Let CHKDSK do its job.

Thanks.

Defragmentation is pretty useless for NTFS system. I would recommend doing this
1) Open Command Prompt with admin rights
2) Type 'chkdsk /R' (without quotes)
3)Press enter and hit y
4) Reboot your PC.

Currently no BSODs, no program crashes, check disk logs do not report the problems anymore. I will report back, but the "check" for corrupt sectors can take a really long time

here is a all in one solution...

Download Windows Repair (all in one) from here:
http://www.tweaking.com/content/page/windows_repair_all_in_one.html

Install the program then run

Go to step 2 and allow it to run Disc check
Capture3.gif

Once that is done then go to step 3 and allow it to run SFC
Capture.gif

On the start repairs tab select advanced mode and click start
Capture1.gif

Select all the items given and tick restart system when finished then click Start

If your computer is running fine and your chkdisk has no errors, you should be fine.
malwarekiller: There is also no need for programs to run a simple sfc scan.
malkby: Where did you get the information about ntfs not needing a defrag?

You should always ensure that a backup plan is in order. Either a full system image or personal info is stored off pc (cloud or external drive).
