First of all , you should remove MSE, yes it sound excessive but the product is so slow and inefficient that using it is a opened-door to malwares.

if you want a free solution, rather use Avast, Avira, Panda Cloud AV, Comodo IS or other.
you can keep Tinywall with Win7 firewall.
Your On-demand scanners are good (note: Ccleaner and Defraggler are not O-D scanners just maintenance tools), you can add Hitman Pro or Comodo Cleaning Essentials as O-D scanners.
Do you use any backup softwares? (sorry Malware Maniac & McLovin
)

My son has been on all the 'X' rated and Super 'XXX' rated sites and MSE picked up all the viruses and trojans made :angel: I think, but MSE never falted. We run MalwareBytes 'real-time' in the Excluded Process File setting so it won't interfere. I works great...
I've used MSE from early beta to the latest version, the new v4.1 is much improved.

tinywall is excellent program,similar to windows firewall control its free and constantly developed. if one has MBAM running realtime then MSE should be fine.

Yes, it's quiet (no Pop-ups) and it passes the GRC Leak Test without any pop-ups
. Just use the 'AutoLearn' first and then open your desktop Icons so Tiny Wall will let your programs run behind it. (might do this a couple of times to make sure it reads the programs.) If a program doesn't get read/saved, you can't update it, but this shows that TinyWall is doing it's job during an outbound situation.It works great, much better than Online Armor or Comodo (tried them over the years) ....

Indeed it works great but Comodo and OA are more for advanced users.
Tinywall is the type of install and forget (as long as you remember to use it every now and again). It also offers a basic interface for the user
