I can understand a separation for fun and business/shopping/banking, relaxed and more strict settings.

three browsers because I like the Vivaldi browser is fast and interesting.
Mozilla for business and banking.
Edge good for entertainment - (watching movies).
And as for the optimization tool, what do you propose?

A simple PIN can prevent unauthorised changes to your environment.

I do not need a password to log the system because I am the only user of this laptop.

That's like saying : I do not need to lock my doors to access my apartment, because I am the only one who lives there. Wouldn't that be great if the world was this easy?

as I wrote before, I am the only user of this laptop and I do not take it anywhere, it is in my room.
I don't like having problems with running it.
I'm alone with my wife and she doesn't know it, she can't even start it.
UAC works fine.

You choice the weakest for banking. Not a good idea

And as for the optimization tool, what do you propose?

None Third-Party tools. Use Windows internal cleaning and if you need more features, use Microsoft Sysinternals tools like Autoruns or ProcessExplorer.
