Troubleshoot Conflict between KIS 2017 & Uplay

Hi all,

When KIS 2017 is running Uplay starts to update/download a game & then after about 50 Mb downloaded it stops & Uplay has a connection of 0 Mbs. I believe that KIS 2017 is blocking Uplay access to the internet.

Is there a way of fixing this? Every time I open Uplay I have to Exit KIS 2017 to get games to update!!!

Have you tried to create a exclusion rule for uplay services in Kaspersky's AV/Firewall?

Add Steam/Uplay folder(s) to exclusion in Kaspersky Threats and Exclusions
