Solved Constant Pop Ups / Malware on Mac

Hi Hoping someone can help me. Ive begun experiencing constant pop ups and re directs on my mac running Mac Os Sierra 10.12.16 over last month, each time i try to open a new window in safari or go to a new bookmarked site.

Ive tried deleting extensions, installing and running malware bytes. initially it detected files but now it says system is clean and is still happening as bad as ever?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I also ... I thought it was the only same symptoms ... and I installed firefox without my downloading it
