Continuously detecting "ADWARE/Zusy.73969.1"

Dear support guys,

I have these problems on top of the main problem:

-The Farbar Recovery Scan Tool "Stopped Working" in the middle of the scan, but it produced a .txt file.
Only the FRST.txt, no Addition.txt


-Avast Anty Rootkit "Stopped Working" too. So i can't attach a .txt file.

Hi, FRST.txt isn't complete, you didn't attached Addition.txt too...

Can you try again? If it isn't working, try to disable Anti-virus...
