Enable UAC, Backup and Recovery Recommended, Atleast an AdBlocker is recommended for ur Browser.

Windows ? XP,Vista,7 or 8? Definitely enable UAC
Eset ? Nod32 AV or Smart Security?
I would recommend some type of backup
Thanks for sharing your config:)

A few tips:

Enable UAC (at least for default, even if you bother)
Could Add: Malwarebytes, EEK or even HitmanPro for weekly scanning
Add CCleaner for a general cleaning
Unchecky against Pup's
Add any Backup or storage in cloud
Could maybe use a Google Chrome (Having a larger library security extensions, like adblock, Ghostery, WOT) or even take a look at some for Internet Explorer

With ESET and advanced level of knowledge, you're safe :) Good Config + Others tips :)
