Well, you must remove and put programs for my way of seeing.
1. 4GB . It's not much in these times, therefore I would leave only Eset Smart Security and MBA would leave it for scans, it's a waste of resources to use MBA having installed ESS.
2- I suggest a backup program.
I recommend you, Macrium Reflect in its free version.

uBlock Origin or Adguard for Firefox. Maybe Privacy Possum if privacy is a concern.

Nano Adblocker Adguard for Chrome. Same as above re: PP

uBO & Nano can be employed as a virtual firewall for your browsers, if used in Advance User medium mode. This is not difficult to learn + a bit of trial & error. I would definitely not be using AdBlock or AdBlock Plus. My two cents. :D

Malwarebytes Anti- Malware Premium only on demand.
I have Macrium Reflect free already. :)
