First you have to remove the ransomware.
Have you tried to recover your files with windows System Restore ?
To decrypt your files, it could be difficult (or not possible) as the actual decryptions tools don't work for this version of ransomware.
Here, you could find a decryption tool, as soon as available (if possible :'( )
