Troubleshoot Cyberghost software client screwing up browsers

I checked the privacy options to thwart browser fingerprinting.

I was dumb enough to tell the client to change my language to the country server I connect to. I thought it was simply spoofing that to hamper browser id.

well it changes my browser language to german even after disabling this feature.

I even reset firefox and that didnt work, then I uninstalled ff and reinstalled and that doesnt work. It does the same thing to IE and Opera. ugh

any ideas?

Change browser language with server location: This will adapt the language ID of your browser to the language of the country your server is located in.

Re-enable the setting and visit an English website, or your preferred language. Reboot and switch off the setting.

You need to uninstall CyberGhost and reinstall it , it happened to me too and I had to do that.
