He is on Win7 so no modern "Windows Defender" . Anyway with CFW he doesn't need AV , he has 2 on-demand scanner for that.

I would add Bitdefender Free or Microsoft Security Essentials (since you have Windows 7). You already use a good firewall, but having a signature based program is never bad.

Great configuration man, nothing to add.

CFW should take care of all of your real-time protection needs.

Just take note to backup your PC often, with data backups being much more frequent than system images.
