Sure. When Microsoft stopped support for XP SP3. There's still about a year if I'm not mistaken.

You should enable UAC and set it at max. You have an HIPS so it cost nothing to enable UAC, just another popup to answer.

Also , when i tried MCShield it has a lot of FPs, i don't know for the actual version.

Yes, unfortunately. False positive detection has in all the latest versions. A lot less, but still there. The developers of this program very quickly respond to the sent a report of FPs and fix it. Although there are false positives, this application will successfully prevent of infection system from a variety of malicious ”trigger “. These are my experiences.
