Did you encrypt all your HD's with Bitlocker?
Why do you prefer PriVazer over CCLeaner? CCleaner is a quick cleaner, PriVazer takes about 10-20 minutes. any advantage?

I copied about 75% of your config =P

Only my system, on C: is not encrypted.
PriVazer doesn't take 10-20 minutes on my PC (PCI-express SSD).
From tests I made : It finds a lot of more info than CCleaner.

I think PrivaZer can take a lot of time if you enable wipe free space, several passes, etc.
=> For a SSD => useless, and dangerous for the hardware.
I only want it deletes some info, but don't need multi passes wipes.

privazer won't take that long if you remove the first 5 items. They are pretty harmful for the HDD/SSD but just use them when you don't want anyone to recover files from your drive. However, those data may save you sometimes when you accidentally delete them
