Troubleshoot Dell Audio with 5.1 surround speakers

My Dell XPS 8900 desktop came with Dell Audio to enhance my audio (like Dolby Home Theater). If I turn it on, my audio sounds much better, but it messes up audio tests for the center speaker, rear speakers, and subwoofer.

Does anyone have a fix? If not, what other alternative software can I use?

The speakers work. The settings just change up the sound output.
