Troubleshoot Dell inspiron 3521 help

Hi I have a Dell 3521 Inspiron laptop, what are the proper steps to format the whole hard drive getting rid of all those small partitions from Dell ?
I know it would cause a non bootable machine ,but is it doable and bootable after? Thks

While booting W10 via USB drive, Press Shift + F10 to bring up prompt and use diskpart. Select the appropriate disk and type clean followed by convert gpt and proceed to install.

Thks so is it to convert to gpt or mbr , settings in bios right now are at uefi no secure boot.

Turn on secure boot at least for Windows, will be more secure. UEFI needs GPT.

Enable secure boot. UEFI needs GPT layout.

1. Backup all of your data on hdd.
2. Boot your pc from a Win10 bootable USB (Google how to make one)
3. Choose custom install
4. There it will show all the partitions, delete all of them
5. Choose the empty space (as we have deleted all the partitions in previous step)
6. And install.
