I would suggest a backup solution such as Macrium Reflect or Aomei Backupper. Both have a free and reliable version.

Why have you kept two Internet Securities in real-time? That's not only unnecessary, but that can lead to serious potential conflicts due to kernel level integration and also cause performance degradation. You need to remove either of them, completely from the system.
As mentioned above, you can remove many addons and keep a select few (eg. keep only 1 of those adblockers). CCleaner isn't needed when Kerish Doctor is working.

Removed F-Secure Internet Security.
I tried f-secure because i did not see any conflict between them but if you say so i will remove f-secure.

Although there are complimentary scanners available, that claim to be compatible, it doesn't necessarily mean you're more secure. More often than not, malware will slip pass again, depending on the user's online behaviour.He has already.
It's better to use Antivirus with other types of Proactive security defenses, or with an on-demand scanner without conflict.

- so callled companion AV aren't mean you will be more secure.
- on-demand scanners or proactive security softs (SRPs/Anti-exe, sandboxes, etc...) are better complement.

I feel no impact at all. Kaspersky 2018 more lighter than previous version although with maximum setting.
