I would suggest a backup solution such as Macrium Reflect or Aomei Backupper. Both have a free and reliable version. :)

We should all create system images to protect from system crashes or Malware attacks. ;)

Why have you kept two Internet Securities in real-time? That's not only unnecessary, but that can lead to serious potential conflicts due to kernel level integration and also cause performance degradation. You need to remove either of them, completely from the system.
As mentioned above, you can remove many addons and keep a select few (eg. keep only 1 of those adblockers). CCleaner isn't needed when Kerish Doctor is working.

  • Remove either or Kaspersky or F-Secure.
You should only be running ONE real-time "Antivirus" security software.

He has already. ;)
Although there are complimentary scanners available, that claim to be compatible, it doesn't necessarily mean you're more secure. More often than not, malware will slip pass again, depending on the user's online behaviour.

It's better to use Antivirus with other types of Proactive security defenses, or with an on-demand scanner without conflict.
