Hi, I'm looking for some help to remove a rather troublesome malware issue. It started fairly recently and the details are provided in my answers to the questions stipulated. Oh and yes, I did check if it was a router issue, it's definitely just linked to my laptop. Strangely enough, it has also affected my iPhone 4, but only when my laptop is also connected to the same network, a result of the two being linked I suppose. Clearing up the problem on my phone seems to just be simply disconnecting the phone from the wireless network my infected laptop is on, get onto another wireless network or just use mobile data, and finally clearing all internet history, cookies and cache from the phone. Without this last step though, the symptoms still persist on my phone despite it being on a whole new connection. Hope to get some help with this issue as it's not something I want to put off till too late to get fixed.
Anyway, thanks in advance!

Oh and before I forget, I have checked all the extensions in my Chrome as well as all recently installed items on my laptop, and nothing is standing out in particular.

While trying to follow the first step, I couldn't find the Java Auto Updater program that I need to uninstall, but I did uninstall everything else, should I go ahead with the next step anyway? The only other Java related program on the list is 'Java 3D 1.5.1 (x64)'. And I'm not sure if this matters but 'Conduit Engine', 'uTorrentBar Toolbar' and 'Vuze Remote Toolbar' were already removed before this, just that traces of it remained in the installed programs list which I have just removed in this step.

Hi, I've completely the steps and here are the files. However, when is Zoek meant to automatically close? It's been several hours without any movement and after I attempted to close it, it just turns back on, appears to run again and shows me the window with the log again up until the line
'--- C:\zoek_backups Content 17:33:40.06'. That was the final log entry from about 5 hours ago and the time now is 10.26 pm.

I've rebooted the laptop just in case and it looks like the problem's cleared up. Thanks! But my google extension of Speed Dial 2 is no longer there, getting it again wouldn't be a problem would it?

No problem --> https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/speed-dial-2/jpfpebmajhhopeonhlcgidhclcccjcik?hl=en

I can recommend you this software to avoid Adware in the future. Unchecky is very light and install and forget program. It works in background and has auto update feature, so beleive me you will forget it is installed.

http://unchecky.com/

Read here how it works --> http://www.howtogeek.com/179758/how-to-avoid-junkware-offers-with-unchecky/

The following will implement some post-cleanup procedures:

=> Please download DelFix by Xplode to your Desktop.

Run the tool and check the following boxes below;
checkmark.png
Remove disinfection tools
checkmark.png
Create registry backup
checkmark.png
Purge System Restore

Click Run button and wait a few seconds for the programme completes his work.
At this point all the tools we used here should be gone. Tool will create an report for you (C:\DelFix.txt)

The tool will also record healthy state of registry and make a backup using ERUNT program in %windir%\ERUNT\DelFix
Tool deletes old system restore points and create a fresh system restore point after cleaning.
