I did a quick comparison here with 3 websites, Ghostery VS Disconnect.

I'm going to stick with using Ghostery since it actually has a Settings page with various options in it where Disconnect doesn't.

As for blocking ability's I would have to test a hundred websites and compare before I would pick which one has better blocking.
