Dllhost.exe COM SURROGATE Problem

I tried ESET , Adwcleaner , Malwarbytes , kaspersky , MSE (microsoft security essential) , hitman but all of this didn't solve the problem .( ESET , Malwarbytes, Kaspersky and MSE gave me a result as my computer is not affected )
When I ended the process of dllhost.exe and when I used HITMAN as showen in the tutorial . the problem start to appears in explorer.exe

I'm attaching the last Adwcleaner results .
