DNS on Mobile info

I want to enter DNS on mobile for my wifi connection. So I selected static option & filled all the fields but DNS has only 1 field so I have entered primary DNS, how to enter alternate DNS on the same field after primary DNS?
Comma only or Comma & space or Semi colon only or Semi colon & space, etc...
