hello. it seems i got infected with DNS unlocker since yesterday. would appreciate any help. i uploaded the result of my Farbar scan with this post as well. also have some questions:

how dangerous is DNS Unlocker ads as long as i don't click on them?
do i need to format my hard immediately?
does re installing windows helps? if so do i need to that immediately?

also in "Steps taken in order to remove the infection:" section by "malspyware" i meant malwarebytes anti malware. couldn't find any edit button so had to make additional post.

Need to check one more thing.

• Please download MGADiag by Microsoft and save it to your desktop.
• Double-click on
  
  icon to start the tool.
• PressContinuewhen prompted.
• When it has finished, press Copy.
• Press the
  
  + R on your keyboard at the same time. Type Notepad and click OK.
• Paste (Ctrl+V) this into notepad and save to your desktop.
