Now a days most of the AV vendors brings Combo Security Pack which includes Antivirus+Firewall+Extra Features.

The poll is here about Do you use Internet security Suite as Kaspersky Internet Security or separate product like Kaspersky Antivirus+online Armor.

Its Easy to use Combo product but many user think otherwise.

Hope we get opinion of members here why they use combo or separate or use none

i am trying to create a secret cult devoted this kind of combos with the purpose to overthrow the single suite thinkers :D :p

i like to see a security suite that does both firewall and AV good enough but havent yet found one and have tried many so for me i chose to use them separately from companies that does their job very well.

Personally, I only like to use Security Suite's because if I use a sep AV+Firewall and any other features separate, It just creates extra processes which is uneeded. But there are times where you have no choice but to use a separate product.

ex. Don't want to pay, do not like anyones paid product, etc.

I use Separate Security Product- AV and Firewall.

I can use Security Suite but I prefer not free Avira with free Comodo Firewall.

Because I more trust separate Firewall, not built Firewall in Avira.

Also I use mbam to scan my PC, and HIPS.

yes, testing compatibility.

You should be called The Security Software Chemist. :P
Equation: Avira + Avast ---> Confliction and unstable system. :D

What I use are the default protection components of Windows 8 with the default settings.

Windows Firewall, Windows Defender, Windows SmartScreen, UAC.

How is default? I assume basic membership for MAPS (in WD)?
