News has its benefits and disadvantages.

It informs us of important events and give us entertainment, but sometimes gives us false information and violates people's privacy.

Each person has to come to their own conclusions when reading News articles. Don't believe everything that you read.

I think now that listen to the news, or TV (the worst), it's the waste of precious time of our lives .. Passivity is the Lack of action.

Instead of following the news (on the other, you do not experience them personally ..) - let them! Yes, make the news for your family - acting around you, where you live .. Acting - that's life; passively listen to news, it's the pause in your life. Not - to listening, yes to transmission. It's more difficult, but the satisfaction is guaranteed.
What world would be if everybody would listen and nobody would transmitted?
