I haven't had an infection yet more due to good practices and making sure I keep UAC on for any change.
Any family members use a different pc with regular user accounts so they get password prompted for any software installs.
Recently installed Sophos Home Premium but still evaluating all the different software out there.

@donatom3, consider:
  • Specify if W10 has Device Security: SmartScreen enabled.
  • Also specify the version of Sophos.
  • In Web Privacy, You may add a VPN service.
  • For Virus and Malware Removal Tools You may add: ZAM Free, Norton Power Eraser and MalwareBytes 4 Win Free.
