Using maximum UAC setting.
Using long and different passwords.
SEHOP enabled (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/956607)

Other softwares: Sumatra PDF, VLC, IE 10, CCleaner (clearing recycle bin 3 passes), qBittorrent, WinRAR, LibreOffice, Office 2010, PDF X-Change Viewer (portable).

Trying to keep it simple and not falling into paranoia.

Any advice?

I know SumatraPDF supports a wider range, but doesn't Firefox Aurora have a built-in PDF now (example)?

From January 2013 posted here (beta), it does implemented the PDF built in JS code so pretty much included for Aurora.

Since you say you disable any password saving, what and how do you remember your passwords? or I should say what method do you use to remember them?
