Good security config: you don't download malware or visit phishing sites.
CCleaner is more than enough, too many optimization apps may compromise the stability of the system.

Hello, it is a very good configuration, just install Collusion extension for your browser, which allows you to know which websites are tracking you and this is very important!
Follow also the other advices, because are precious!

I would consider removing WinOptimizer & Glary Utilities as it has already been pointed out that CCleaner is more than enough.
IMO you could get away without WinOptimizer and if you keep Glary Utilities you must be careful with what you do with it
