Troubleshoot download speed

Download speed can't be increase by third party downloader. If u r facing slow download speed, try to change ur Internet plan settings to better one.

The only real way to increase your download speed is to upgrade to a better and faster plan with your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

How ever you can still use a download manager to greatly enhance your downloading experience and to make it easier to manage.

While everyone will have a different opinion on which is their favorite and preferred download manager my suggestions are as follows.

EagleGet

Free Download Manager

DownThemAll! [Firefox]

All these are free to use and good overall.

You must avoid a malicious program called Orbit Download Manager, it is a botnet type program that can perform DDoS attacks on-demand.

How to increase the download speed? which is the best downloader?

First of all before you choose apps as your downloader / accelerator.
because those downloader/accelerator did just to boost your basic
dowload speed that you've deal with your ISP.. therefore check your
Real download speed here, to test your Ping/Jitter time here
and also check if your ISP throttle or shape your traffic/Bandwidth here
for HTTP you should check your port 80, for torrent thick on test page Bittorent
After you sure your ISP not doing BAD and your Ping and Jitter test are normal
then you could choose Download accelerator..I recommend IDM (Free version)
or XDM, tested couple days ago same and similar with idm.
Sample my download speed here, and sample of the good Ping time and Jitter here
