Troubleshoot downloaded porn droid

[NEED HELP PORN PROBLEM]

Are you using a 32-bit or 64-bit operating system?: I don't know!
Infection date and initial symptoms: today, it shows a FBI screen and i cant press anything or go anywhere, the power button doesn't work its a non removable battery so yeahhhhh, i cant go anywhere cant do anything.
Current issues and symptoms: same cant go or do anything, nothing works
Steps taken in order to remove the infection: i dont know what to do
Logs added to help request:
I did not upload the FRST logs (I understand that this will increase the time need it to clean-up the PC)

i use an LG X POWER android 6.0.1 and my friend downloaded the porn droid and then the fbi screen showed up and i cant do anything since then nothing works not even the power button

Remove Police or FBI virus from Android phone (Removal Guide)

Are you able to access Safe Mode, by holding Power button, then tap and hold Power off.

Allowing Unknown Sources without an AntiMalware for Android is dangerous and not recommended.

Allowing Unknown Sources without an AntiMalware for Android is dangerous and not recommended.

i got to safe mode and all
deleted the apk from my files
but cant unistall the app itself from my settings

Deleting the .APK files only removes the installer, but not the installed app.

What other functions are you able to access in Safe Mode? What happens when you try to uninstall the malicious app?
