Dr.Web offers a good protection, but it lacks protections proactive shields.
The system is infected at the end, disinfection is urgent.
Defaults setting of Dr.Web firewall is automatic decision, but allows everything. For the test, I configure Dr.Web Firewall in interactive mode.

Stars : 3/5 => Good but the proactive defense is improve :/
