Prior to installing RollBack Rx onto a new hard drive- please uninstall RollBack Rx from the old system in order to release the license to the license server.
RollBack Rx uses the hard drive's serial number as the unique identifier for a client registration. If the hard drive is new and RollBack Rx have not been uninstalled from the old system, RollBack Rx will think that this is a new activation [and not install], and you have to re-activate your old copy of RollBack Rx.
[The above would apply also when you try to migrate your Rollback RX to a different system.]
If the old hard drive have unexpectedly crashed and you could not uninstall RollBack Rx:
Please send your Product ID along with the email address used during the purchase to our support desk by
submitting a ticket and we will reset the license of RollBack Rx.
