What Real-Time Malware Protection you're using ?
Advices:
-Set UAC to MAX
-Implement some of system and data backup solutions, like Macrium Reflect and AOMEI Backupper.
Thanks for sharing your config :)

Hello and welcome to MalwareTips! There are some things you could do to improve your setup.
  • Set UAC to Max. Some malware (most notably Cerber) were able to bypass UAC unless you had set UAC to Max. It should cause zero inconvenience.
  • Please include your real-time malware protection in your post. You can edit the thread fields by clicking Thread Tools -> Edit Thread Fields.
  • Data backup is crucial to cybersecurity. No AV or security solution can protect you from ALL malware. In the event of a catastrophe, having a backup will ensure you don't have a terrible day and/or lose any data.
Thanks for sharing! :)

@dvnkt: I tagged Your config temporally as Caution, since there is no system image back solution in Your system, Macrium Reflect or AOMEI Backupper are free and reliable.

You config is quite incomplete (please complete it as @Exterminator suggested, filling the missing fields), please follow the suggestions already mentioned such as add some on demands scanners: (ZAM Free, MBAM Free, Norton Power Eraser, EmsiSoft E.K.).

Thanks for sharing :)

If you aren't using WD add a good free AV, like Avast Free, Panda Free, Kaspersky Free, Bitdefender Free or Avira Free.

Add ZAM Free.
