1. On the desktop open a command prompt or Run Window.
2. Type shutdown /r /o /t 00 and hit enter.
3. Windows will start to shutdown and enter the Advanced Boot Menu without restarting as shown in the following image.

4. Click/Tab and select Troubleshoot.
5. Click/Tab and select Advanced Options.
6. Now Click/Tab and select Windows Startup settings.
7. Now Click/Tab and select Restart to boot the computer in Advance Boot Options.

That's a bit con for Windows 8 if matter of heavy infection blocked and bypass secure boot if contrary.

So a possible solution too is to boot using recovery CD/DVD/USB.
