My PC is connected to the Internet via a router. There is a column that specifies DNS in the Internet router configuration, and here default setting (provider specification) is maintained. On the other hand, in Windows network setting, DNS is set as openDNS.

OpenDNS will be used by your PC while all other devices connected to your router will use your ISPs DNS servers.

When the device connected to the router is only one PC, I interpreted that you do not have to worry about the DSN setting on the router side.
