I'd love to hear from any present EMSISOFT users how the optimizations feel.

Ever since they've enabled a2start.exe to load on bootup, starting the EAM GUI from the tray is virtually instant (used to take 2-3 seconds at least on my PC). Also, navigating the various tabs in the interface now certainly feels snappier than ever before.
Last week I got curious as to how the competition was doing, so I tested Avast Premier, Avira Free and Windows Defender for W10 on my main PC for a couple of days each.

And I can honestly say that IMO EAM simply blows them all out of the water in regards to performance. No File Explorer slowdowns on .exe heavy folders, fast default Smart Scan, loading the application on boot doesn't delay the entire OS, instant GUI opening - nothing else runs as smooth as Emsisoft on my computer. I'm keeping it for the foreseeable future, barring any unexpected major bug or performance regression.

I am trying Emsisoft Internet Security. I like everything about it, protection, GUI, alert details, options, etc...simple, easy & pleasant.

The only thing, boot time is increased & also on reaching desktop it takes little time for the taskbar icons to appear & also takes little to settle down i.e if I click browser, etc...takes little time to open. Later no probs.

Is it the same with Emsisoft Antimalware or its better in the above regards compared to Emsisoft Internet Security?
