Their is no HIPS in Emsisoft Internet Security as they utilise their own Behavioural Blocker technologies (Mamutu), and as their Firewall is built-in from scratch without Online Armor, it's quite simple to understand.

I should say that the block function provided by its behavior blocker is confusing.
For example, the behavior blocker can allow or block the "Backdoor related activity".
It is obvious that a "backdoor activity" should be blocked, while a "non-backdoor activity" could be allowed. But what is a "backdoor related activity"? I cannot understand what refers to.
