@Arequire I've installed the Brave Browser and I have the same issue, it's something related to the browser. This is strange because this is a Chromium based browser so it should not have issues... I'll see if I can find the cause.
You will just need to dismiss the Push Notification banner (click on the X in the right corner, then Never ask again) until this gets fixed, it's not our fault, it is related to something that the browser does differently that the other Chromium builds.
Good to know it's not just me. Give me a heads up if you find out the cause.

chrome://settings/content/notifications


Do you clear the Site Settings upon exit, or by a third-party application? - Check that Site Settings is not marked.

Notifications in the browser are allowed, so I guess CookieAutoDelete cleans something else, I will allow everything and see what happens.
