I was unable to uninstall Chrome since there was no entry for Chrome or Google Chrome in the Uninstall or Change Program screen. I manually shift deleted the 3 Ernie directories and the Google directory from AppData\Local and I emptied the recycle bin and shut down. About 2 minutes after logging in from a cold start, the 3 Ernie directories were recreated ( I watched them appear) The Google Chrome directories have not reappeared. I deleted the 3 Ernie directories again and rebooted, they were recreated in less than 2 minutes after logging in. Attached is the FRST.txt file Would it help if I installed Chrome to let the program fully activate itself?
