Latest ESS clean install with default settings on Win 10 64
Is it detecting Cloudcar from AMTSO for you?
On my system neither Web protection nor Realtime is detecting Cloudcar.
During install I selected LiveGrid & under "Tools" in the GUI LiveGrid with other options is enabled.
 
ESS still not playing well with Win 10, with firewall on it completely blocks my internet connection on all browsers.

In my Win 10 64 system eset passes all the test from AMTSO,however browsing becomes super slow sometime
