I saw some changes on settings, mainly on the modules agressiviness bar in printscreens from users here.

Should work in every country. It's not a giveaway, now ESET has extended trial of 90 days instead of usual 30. Until further notice, I presume.
PS. I am in Russia and it gave me 90 days, no problem at all.

If I get a promo license how may I add it to the "existing-soon-to-be-expired" license? Sorry I am newbie with Eset....

After your current one expires uninstall ESET then use the above link to download and install again. When it asks for email during installation give a different one.

There's an option in Eset GUI "Refer a friend". If you copy the link and share it with someone and if he/she install the program from the link then both of you will receive 30 days extra.
