Advice Request Configure ESET Antivirus for Maximum Security (by RoboMan)

After @Shadowra recent app review of Eset Smart Security 2024 - by the way it was a great comprehensive test.
I am curious on how resilient is Eset Antivirus Nod 32 and how to tweak it now for security and performance- since it was last updated in Nov' 2021

Could I ask for an update for this thread? Thanks in advance

if you are not an advanced user, leave it on default, you will spoil other windows functions...
