Ccleaner, PriVazer for privacy.
It is very important a backup solution, Windows default tool or Paragon B&R free for system and data.

What are your extensions on three browser?

I suggest this for better and optimize functionality: HTTPS everywhere and Adguard Extension.
Lastpass is optional if you wanted to store passwords securely and doing multi logins.

For backups, an external HDD, cloud backup and doing system image are very useful in case of emergency happen.

You may use built in from Windows or third party program like Macrium Reflect.
