It is not a fake page.It is an official ESET reseller.This was verified by my ESET contact.The page looks suspicious however it is legitimate.If you dont receive a license immediately then they do not have anymore to giveaway.

Yes, some users said that it looks suspicious. There is no reason to worry about it as they don't ask to pay. I used disposable emails to get the activation codes. Talking about 1 year eset mobile codes they sent a 3 month code, instead.
