Hi,

I use the Chrome browser.
I've read that Chrome's advanced protection also uses Eset's database.
For me, protection against phishing is important.
So then there is no point in me using Eset?

Regards,

Hi,

While Chrome does offer some level of protection, ESET Mobile Security provides comprehensive protection, including anti-phishing. It also includes features like anti-theft, security audit, and more. It's always better to have multiple layers of security.

Regards.

Eset has a large database of suspicious sites that Chrome doesn't use so that it doesn't accidentally block something unnecessary, but still, if a site is listed as suspicious, it's already worth considering not shopping there or sharing your data. That is, the protection of the original Eset is still better than that of Chrome.

Also Eset for Android protects SMS, notifications, Instagram, Facebook messenger, and pre-scans any links at the transition before passing them to the default browser.
